We will inventory your entire IT collection, including, but not limited to, PCs, Macs, laptops, tablets, cell phones, servers, networking equipment, fax machines, copiers, scanners, monitors and power supplies.

CompuCycle realizes the importance of record-keeping and the need to know what happens to your IT equipment once it is collected from your facility.

Our services include inventorying your assets onsite at the time of collection. We can also validate our inventory against your inventory by pre-loading your inventory list into our software system.  If you do not have a pre-existing inventory, don’t worry. We will scan your assets onsite (type, make, serial number, and asset number) and submit them electronically.

We monitor each item through inventory, processing, and the final destruction or refurbishment process.

We guarantee secure sanitization of all data by the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-88 Guidelines for Media Sanitation and are compliant with Department of Defense standards (DOD 5220.22-M).

We then provide various reports of all materials collected, disposition, and final settlement. Secure access for all reporting is available through our online portal.
